Background:

Imy migrated to Australia from Penang, Malaysia 42 years ago. Back in her hometown, at just the age of 12, the dentist removed all of her teeth because they were crowded, without providing any other treatment options for Imy to achieve a straight smile. Since then, Imy has been suffering with her ill-fitting dentures.
