Background:

Daria Varlamova is a passionate mental well-being advocate and is currently working towards her Master’s in Psychotherapy in the hopes of helping others living with debilitating mental health conditions. She uses her platform on social media to advocate for mental health as well as leading workshops on mental resilience, self-love, and gratitude. Daria was born in Russia and immigrated to Australia with her family at the age of 8.

In 2021, she was crowned as Miss Universe Australia whilst sitting at home as the contest was held virtually due to the pandemic.
