Dr Jay Jung graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Hons). Upon graduation, he practised extensively in the field of cosmetic and surgical dentistry, particularly involving all-on-implants.
Jay spent the majority of his time in his undergraduate years and after graduation following the latest research on dental implants. His passion for implantology has led him to further his studies internationally. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Oral Implantology (MOI) at Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany, one of the most highly respected institutions in the field of dental implants along with many other dentists and dental specialists across the world. This has allowed Jay to treat his patients with the highest level of care using the latest technology.
As a gentle and caring practitioner, he understands that visiting a dentist can be quite nerve-wracking and overwhelming for many people. He spends a lot of time putting his patients at ease and developing long-term relationships with them. The greatest joy for Jay is always seeing his patients enjoy a beautiful smile and gain their confidence back.
Outside of dentistry, Jay enjoys hiking, CrossFit, and watching Major League Baseball. He has recently spent his spare time learning to surf at a nearby beach.
