Existing Latitude Gem Visa and Latitude GO Mastercard customers can pay with a Latitude Interest Free payment plan, subject to their approved Credit Limit using their card or account number at the nearest Dental Boutique clinic.

Latitude lets you book your treatment today and enjoy more time to pay with an Equal Monthly payment plan, which means:
- You can keep things simple by paying the same amount every month.
- You have flexibility to pay your plan early with no penalties.
- Total plan amount is paid in the agreed number of equal monthly payments.

Terms and Conditions
*Approved customers only using an Equal Monthly payment plan. After the interest free plan ends interest will be charged on any outstanding balance at the expired plan rate, currently 29.99% p.a. (subject to change). If you miss a payment, late fees will apply, and interest may apply. Interest may also be charged on other purchases and transactions made on your Latitude credit card.

If you fail to make your equal monthly payment for two consecutive months, you agree that your Equal Monthly payment plan with a term of fewer than 33 months will change into a Minimum Monthly payment plan for the remaining duration of the initial plan term.

What are Latitude Interest Free Payment Plans?
Latitude payment plans available on Latitude Gem Visa and Latitude GO Mastercard credit cards vary from 6 to 60 months, offering flexibility to suit your
needs.
With equal monthly payments, you’ll know exactly how much to pay each month. Paying the payment plan each month on time, will pay off the balance within the Interest Free period.
How much can I borrow with a Latitude Gem Visa credit card?
Your approved credit limit will depend on your financial situation. Please see your Patient Co-ordinator to learn more.
The minimum credit limit for Latitude Gem Visa is $1,000 and a monthly credit card fee of $10.95 (subject to change) applies.
How do I pay off my Latitude Interest Free Payment Plan?
You will receive a monthly statement that highlights the minimum payment required and the available payment options.
Bank transfer, direct debit and BPAY are available. Fees may apply.
How do I manage my Latitude credit card account?
You can manage your account from the Latitude Mobile App or the Latitude Service Centre.
