We believe dental health is of paramount importance to everyone. We also understand sometimes things such as finances may be a barrier to starting treatment, which is why at Dental Boutique™ we are offer flexible and affordable payment plans on all of our treatments.
Our friendly team is always here to guide you through your treatment journey, including our dental payment plans. We recommend taking time to investigate all your dental payment options before proceeding with your treatment. We also suggest discussing your treatment with your Health Insurance fund, your family and/or your trusted financial advisor before making a decision. Loan term, rates, fees, and repayments may differ on application, based on a borrower’s individual credit assessment.

(such as full time employment, part time employment (working minimum 25 hours per week) or self-employment)
All finance applications are assessed and approved (or declined) by the third-party finance provider. Dental Boutique™ does not determine eligibility or approval outcomes.
Your journey begins with a consultation. A registered dentist will assess your oral health, discuss your concerns, and explain potential treatment options that may suit your needs.
Following the consultation, a personalised treatment plan will be put together. This outlines the recommended options, associated costs, and timing of appointments.
Our Patient Coordinator will then guide you through the third-party finance providers available. They’ll explain how each plan works, what the eligibility requirements may be, and answer any questions you might have.
If you decide to proceed with a payment plan, your consultant will support you through the application process, either online or in-clinic. The application is submitted directly to the third-party finance provider.
If your application is approved, repayments will be set up with the provider, and you can begin treatment as outlined in your plan.
Each third-party finance provider has different eligibility criteria; however, many providers accept applications from full-time, part-time (above 25 hours per week), casual, or self-employed individuals, as long as there is a regular source of employment income. Approval depends on the finance provider’s assessment of your circumstances.
Yes — a family member or another person can apply for a payment plan to help cover the cost of your treatment, provided they meet the eligibility requirements of the third-party finance provider. The application is in their name, and they are legally responsible for the repayments. Our Patient Coordinator can guide both you and the applicant through the process and provide information about the different plan options available.
Some payment plan providers do perform a credit check as part of their application process, while others may only do an identity or affordability check. The outcome and approval process is determined solely by the provider.
To apply for a payment plan, there are a variety of eligibility criteria and details needed to be provided to apply. These can include:
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
You must be 18 years or older
Demonstrating a source of employment income (Full time work, part time work (min. 25 hours a week), casual work or self employment)
Providing a valid bank account or debit/credit card for repayments
Holding a valid Australian Driver’s Licence or Passport for identification
Our Patient Coordinators can step you through the process and help you explore which payment plan option may be most suitable.
Eligibility and approval are subject to the provider’s criteria and terms and conditions.
Some payment plan providers may consider certain types of Centrelink payments. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis by the provider.
There is no minimum amount on a payment plan. Payment plans can range from $0-$60,000.
No down payment is required for most of the third-party providers. If this is important to you, our Patient Coordinator will provide all the information you need to decide the best third-party provider for you.
The duration of the payment plan varies per finance provider; however, there are options ranging from 6 months to 60 months.
Repayments generally start soon after approval and are managed directly with the finance provider. The frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) will depend on the provider and the type of plan selected.
Approval is determined by the external finance provider, not Dental Boutique™. Each provider has its own criteria, which may include factors such as income, expenses, and credit history.
Some plans are interest-free if repaid within a certain timeframe, while others may charge fees or interest. The exact details depend on the provider. Our team will provide information, but you should review the provider’s terms before applying.
Many providers allow early repayment, but conditions can differ. You’ll need to check directly with the provider for details about early payouts or exit fees.
