What are All On Implants™?

All On Implants™ is a dental implant procedure that replaces missing teeth together with the gum structure that supports them. This treatment may be considered in situations such as multiple tooth loss, advanced gum disease, tooth decay, or when dentures are no longer suitable.

At Dental Boutique™, the procedure is planned so that a full arch of teeth can be supported by 4–6 implants. The exact approach is determined individually, based on factors like bone levels, overall oral health, and how many teeth are missing.

All On Implants™ aims to restore chewing function and appearance by replacing both teeth and gums in a way designed to resemble a natural smile.

Step 1: Discover

Your dentist will assess whether All On Implants™ may be suitable for you. Step 2: Design (3D Scans)

If treatment is appropriate, comprehensive 3D scans are taken to help with design and planning. These scans are used by your dentists to create a digital simulation of how your proposed smile design may look. Any previews provided are indicative only and will not reflect the exact outcome, as results vary from patient to patient. Your dentist will explain all relevant information about possible outcomes to help you make an informed decision.

Step 3: Decide

As part of the planning process, you may provide feedback and request adjustments before treatment proceeds. This step helps ensure that you feel informed and comfortable about the treatment decision.

Step 4: Deliver

On the day of surgery, implants are placed and temporary teeth are delivered. The teeth are carefully reviewed and adjusted as needed. Depending on the clinical situation, the final restoration may be placed within 2–3 days of surgery or after a longer healing period of 3–4 months.

Step 5: Detail

Attention to detail is important after your final restoration is placed. Regular reviews and ongoing maintenance help to ensure your implants function well over time. Refinements may be made to improve comfort, function, or aesthetics. A protective appliance such as a night guard may be recommended, and good oral hygiene practices will be discussed to support the long-term care of your implants.

Full-mouth dental implants are one option for replacing multiple missing teeth. This treatment uses 4 to 6 implants to support a fixed arch of teeth. It may be considered for patients where other options, such as dentures or traditional bridges, are not suitable.

This procedure is planned to help restore chewing function and overall appearance. In some patients, positive changes such as improved facial support, increased face height, correction of bite or jaw position, and clearer speech may also be observed.
