Dairy products like cheese and milk are also good choices, as they help to remineralise your teeth. Lastly, drink plenty of water to help wash away any food particles that may cause staining.
Do teeth whitening strips work?
Teeth whitening strips are a popular at-home teeth whitening option. But do they really work?
There is limited research on the effectiveness of teeth whitening strips. One study found that teeth whitening strips containing hydrogen peroxide were effective in lightening teeth by up to three shades. However, the study also found that the strips caused some tooth sensitivity.
