Dr Amida completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Sheffield (UK), followed by her foundation training in Manchester. She later moved to London, where she practised on Harley Street, providing both general and cosmetic dental care.

With an interest in smile design and restorative techniques, Dr Amida went on to complete a Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry. Her work in the aesthetics component of the course was recognised with an award presented by Professor Paul Tipton.

Outside of dentistry

Beyond dentistry, Dr Amida is dedicated to a healthy and active lifestyle. She begins most mornings watching the sunrise at the beach, and enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures. She is also a co-founder of ABUK, a charitable organisation committed to fostering understanding and kindness for individuals with autism and additional needs.
