About

Dr Colin Sar is a cosmetic dentist with a focus on modern, evidence-informed practice. After graduating with Honours in the Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland, he returned to his hometown of Sydney, where he worked in a central Sydney clinic and participated in a mentorship program led by experienced dental professionals and educators.

Committed to continued professional development, Dr Sar has pursued further training both in Australia and internationally. He completed orthodontic training through the International Academy of Advanced Dentistry (IAAD) and is a member of the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington—a continuing education institution dedicated to advancing clinical excellence through published research.

Dr Sar holds full Invisalign accreditation and has experience in orthodontic techniques aimed at supporting functional and aesthetic outcomes through non-invasive approaches.

Passion

Outside of clinical practice, Dr Colin Sar regularly volunteers with Filling the Gap, a program supported by the Australian Dental Association (ADA), of which he is also a member. Through this initiative, he contributes dental care to communities with limited access to oral health services.

In his personal time, Colin engages in activities such as mixed martial arts, yoga, and meditation. These interests form part of his routine and reflect his commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. He values the discipline and focus these practices bring and approaches both life and dentistry with a mindset of continual learning.
