About

Born in Beijing, Dr Scarlett Li spent her childhood between China and New Zealand before completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago in Dunedin. She later moved to Australia, where she now enjoys caring for patients from all walks of life.

Known for her gentle and approachable nature, Dr Scarlett takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and ensure they feel comfortable and confident throughout their care. She values building trusting, long-term relationships and considers it a privilege to be part of each patient’s oral health journey.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Scarlett loves cooking, baking, trying new recipes and sharing good food with family and friends.

Passion

Dr Scarlett has a particular interest in aesthetic dentistry and orthodontics, including clear aligners and fixed braces. She enjoys combining science, precision and creativity to create smiles that look natural, function well and complement each patient’s individual features.

She is passionate about personalised treatment planning and believes orthodontics can go beyond straightening teeth to improve bite function, facial balance and long-term oral health.

Dr Scarlett regularly undertakes further education and hands-on training to continue providing modern, evidence-based care.
